Welcome to Off Axis Acrobatics (“Off Axis,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of offaxisacrobatics.com (the “Site”), our online store, and any bookings, services, products, or content offered by Off Axis Acrobatics. By using the Site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Off Axis Acrobatics

Off Axis Acrobatics is a touring stunt and acrobatic performance company based in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA. We provide live entertainment (thrill shows, stunt shows, high dive, trampwall, BMX, mini moto, trampoline dunk, variety acts, theme park shows, fair entertainment and corporate event entertainment) and sell branded footwear and apparel through this Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to make purchases or book services through this Site. By placing an order or booking, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted.

3. Online Store — Products, Orders, Payments

3.1 Product information

We do our best to display product colors, materials, and sizing accurately, but actual appearance may vary slightly due to monitor settings and manufacturing variation. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.

3.2 Order acceptance

An order is not accepted until payment is processed and confirmation is sent to the email you provide. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including for suspected fraud, inventory error, pricing error, or shipping restrictions.

3.3 Payment methods

Online payments are processed by Stripe, WooPayments, PayPal, Afterpay, and Klarna depending on availability at checkout. In-person payments at events are processed via Square. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers — all card data is handled directly by the applicable processor under PCI-DSS standards.

3.4 Sales tax

Sales tax is calculated and added at checkout where required by law.

4. Shipping

We ship worldwide.

  • Domestic (United States): Flat-rate shipping is $20. Free shipping on orders over $150.
  • International: Flat-rate shipping is $45. Buyer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees assessed by the destination country.

Orders typically ship within 3–7 business days. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Off Axis Acrobatics is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages in transit, or duties/taxes imposed by foreign customs authorities.

5. Returns & Refunds

Our full return and refund terms are published on our Refund Policy page and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please read that policy before purchasing.

6. Live Show Bookings

Bookings for stunt shows, thrill shows, fair entertainment, corporate events, theme park engagements, and any other live performance services are governed by a separate performance contract signed between Off Axis Acrobatics and the booking client. The Site is an inquiry and intake channel for these bookings; final terms (deposit, balance, travel, insurance, riders, force majeure, cancellation) live in that performance contract. Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding performance offer until a signed contract and deposit are received.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including the “Off Axis” name, “Off Axis Stunt Show” name, logos, marks, photos, videos, performance choreography, product designs, copy, and graphics — is owned by Off Axis Acrobatics or licensed to us, and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. The Off Axis name and logo are registered trademarks. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or use any Site content commercially without our prior written permission.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, our servers, or our backend systems;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site or its networks;
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information;
  • Scrape, harvest, or otherwise collect data from the Site through automated means without our written consent;
  • Resell or commercially exploit any portion of the Site.

9. Third-Party Links & Services

The Site may link to third-party websites or embed third-party services (for example, payment processors, social media, analytics, ticketing partners, or shipping carriers). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

10. Performance & Acrobatic Activity Disclaimer

Live acrobatic, stunt, BMX, trampwall, high dive, mini moto, trampoline, and parkour performances are performed by trained professional athletes. Do not attempt any maneuver shown by our performers without proper coaching, equipment, and supervision. Off Axis Acrobatics, its athletes, contractors, and affiliates are not liable for any injury or damage resulting from imitation of stunts or acrobatic acts shown in our shows, videos, social media, or any other content.

11. Disclaimers

The Site and all products and services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Off Axis Acrobatics, its officers, employees, contractors, performers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — arising out of or related to your use of the Site, the products, or live performances, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to a product purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Off Axis Acrobatics and its officers, employees, contractors, performers, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site, products, or services.

14. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates take effect when posted on this page with a new “Effective Date.” Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
