Privacy Policy
Effective Date: June 9, 2026
Off Axis Acrobatics (“Off Axis,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to offaxisacrobatics.com (the “Site”), our online store, and any bookings or inquiries you make with us.

We provide live entertainment — thrill shows, stunt shows, high dive, trampwall, BMX, mini moto, trampoline dunk, variety acts, theme park and fair entertainment, and corporate event entertainment — and sell branded footwear and apparel.
For privacy matters, we act as the “data controller” for the personal information we collect through the Site.

2.2 Payment information
Payment card details are entered directly into our payment processors — Stripe, WooPayments, PayPal, Afterpay, Klarna (online) and Square (in-person at live events). We do not store full card numbers on our servers. We may receive a token, last four digits, card brand, and authorization status to associate with your order.
2.3 Information collected automatically
